Course: English for Today Class Four

ছন্দমূলক বাংলা ১২–১৫টি বাক্যে একটি ছোট নিবন্ধ (Composition) ইউনিট ১—About Me - Classroom Language-এর কথা উঠলে আমরা 먼저 পরিচয় ও ক্লাসরুম ভাষা শেখা শুরু করি. এতে হিসেবে বলা হয়েছে, Hello! I'm your teacher. My name is Salma Akhtar. Hello! I'm Bijoy. I'm nine years old. A অংশে Look, listen and say এর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী আমরা শ্রবণ ও বলা অনুশীলন করি. Pairwork অংশে What's your name? What is the name of your school? (Ask more questions) What's your name? What class are you in? How old are you? Where are you from? Where do you live? প্রশ্নগুলোর উত্তর দিয়ে জোড়া কথোপকথনের মাধ্যমে কথোপকথনের অভ্যাস করি. C অংশে Activity B-র প্রশ্নগুলোর উত্তর আমাদের exercise book-এ লিখতে হয়. নোট অংশে Answer লেখা স্পষ্ট ও legible লিখবার নির্দেশনা দেওয়া আছে. Page 8-About Me Lessons 4-5 অংশে A অংশে Hello, hello, hello! How are you? ইত্যাদি গানও শোনা ও গাওয়ার অংশ রয়েছে. Mita ও Salam-এর আলাদা dialogues-এ কথোপকথনের পরিবেশ ও পরিচয় পরিচিত হয়. মোটকথা, Unit 1 শিশুদের পরিচয় ও ক্লাসরুম ভাষা শেখার ভিত্তি তৈরি করে, যা ভবিষ্যৎ কথোপকথনের জন্য প্রস্তুতি দেবে. এই ইউনিটটি কলা-ভিত্তিক প্রাথমিক সংলাপ ও পারস্পরিক প্রশ্নোত্তর অনুশীলনের মাধ্যমে ভাষা দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি করে. তাই এর মাধ্যমে শিশুরা আত্মবিশ্বাস নিয়ে কথা বলা ও লিখিত উত্তর প্রস্তুত করতে পারে. শেষ কথা, Unit 1 আমাদের সামাজিক ও ভাষিক যোগাযোগের খুব শক্ত ভিত্তি তৈরি করে। अब (HTML): Structured lecture sheet in semantic HTML with answers in details

• ছাত্ররা পরিচয় ও ক্লাসরুম ভাষা বুঝতে এবং ব্যবহার করতে পারবে।
• অডিও/ভিডিও মাধ্যমে Look, listen and say অংশ থেকে কথোপকথনের ধরণ বুঝতে পারবে।
• Pairwork-এ প্রশ্ন-উত্তর অনুশীলনের মাধ্যমে মৌখিক যোগাযোগে পারদর্শিতা অর্জন করবে।
• Activity B ও Activity C-র মাধ্যমে প্রশ্ন-উত্তর লিখিত উত্তরে অনুশীলন করবে।

Conceptual Explanation

A অংশে শিশুদের কাছে আত্মপরিচয় ও Classroom Language শেখানোর উদ্দেশ্য আছে। Speech bubbles-এ Hello! আমি তোমার শিক্ষক। My name is Salma Akhtar. Hello! I'm Bijoy. I'm nine years old. এই অংশটি শিশুরা কিভাবে পরিচয় দেবেন, তা শেখে।

B অংশে Pairwork-এ What’s your name? What is the name of your school? (Ask more questions) ইত্যাদি প্রশ্ন-উত্তরের মাধ্যমে কথোপকথনের অভ্যাস হয়।

C অংশে Write the answers to the questions from Activity B in your exercise book বলে, প্রশ্নের উত্তর স্পষ্ট ও legible লিখনের নির্দেশনা দেয়।

• A. Look, listen and say অংশটি শ্রবণ ও উচ্চারণ অনুশীলনের জন্য।
